These digital files are the product of Jaimee Kaiser a.k.a. Just Jaimee, and are protected by copyright law. I reserve the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all my digital designs at anytime – with or without notice. Terms of Use on THIS webpage always supersede any previous Terms of Use, so please make sure you have read this page.

If you are unsure of a certain way you want to use my designs DO NOT assume it is ok – ask first. Just because I didn’t say yes or no below doesn’t mean it is allowed. Email me at jaimee[at]justjaimee[dot]com or use the contact form with your project details.

DO NOT redistribute these digital downloads on any groups or otherwise, even if they were given to you by me as a freebie. If your friends want to know where you got the download, you can have them visit my site or have them email me at jaimee[at]justjaimee[dot]com if the download is no longer available.

Definition of Commercial Use Products

Commercial Use Products are defined on my packaging as CU (Commercial Use). A general guideline for commercial use products are they are meant as a resource for small business Digital Scrapbook Designers, Photographers, Web Designers, Graphic Designers, Print Designers, Crafters and Digital Crafters.  

What you may do

  • You are allowed to design derivative products with Just Jaimee Commercial Use designs for Personal Use for Sale or for Free. Some examples of products you may design with my Commercial use products are: Any paper or element included in Digital Scrapbooking Kits and Alphabets, Digital Cards, Quick Pages, Calendars, Storyboards, Albums, Crafting Elements, Party Sets, Invitations and any other Printable. **No credit is required.
  • You may use Just Jaimee Commercial Use designs for use on small business or personal web sites, blogs and online shops so long as the final results are displayed in a flattened .jpg/.png form and not more than 72dpi. Credit must be given if used on your blog. **No credit is required.
  • You may use Just Jaimee Commercial Use designs to create logo's for your small business. **No credit is required.
**Because I have waived the option of extended licensing fee's for use of my Commercial Use Products, I would greatly appreciate if you could include a button / link somewhere on your site (on the sidebar or a links page). Grab a button here.

What you may do

  • You are NOT allowed to redistribute any file by any means.
  • You are NOT allowed to claim any of these designs as your own - in their original format or altered.
  • You are NOT allowed to include plain png’s, .abr, tubes, stamps, etc. of my images - in their original format or altered.
  • You are NOT allowed to use my Commercial Use designs to create your own Commercial Use / Designer Use products, the products you design MUST be for the end user.
  • You are NOT allowed to use my Commercial Use designs to make premade website / blog templates or premade Logo's.
  • You are NOT allowed to use my Commercial Use designs  to submit whether in original form or altered to sites such as print on demand, fabric printing, .
  • You are NOT allowed to turn my Commercial Use designs in their original or derivative designs over to any company for any reason.
  • You are NOT allowed to  turn my designs in to .svg format or any file types of the same nature.

▶ Personal Use License

Definition of Personal Use Products

Personal Use Products are defined on my packaging as PU (Persona Use), S4H (Scrap for hire) and/or S4O (Scrap for others). A general guideline for personal use products is they are meant to be personal use only - for your OWN use that you will not profit from in any way unless you are S4H.

What you may do

  • You are allowed to incorporate Just Jaimee Personal Use designs into your own personal use original art work and publish, display or distribute your work in any media, galleries, forums, blogs. Credit is not required but it would be greatly appreciated.
  • Example Crediting: Kit Name, by Just Jaimee
  • You are allowed to use Just JaimeePersonal Use products in Scrap For Hire/Scrap For Others projects so long as the final result is delivered in a flattened .jpg/.png form.
  • You are allowed to use Just Jaimee Personal Use products on your Personal blog so long as the final results are displayed in a flattened .jpg/.png form and not more than 72dpi. Credit must be given if used on your blog.
